We want you to absolutely love your Midnight finds! That's why we've got a 30-day window to make sure everything is purr-fect. If your item arrives with a defect or is damaged, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please note, we are unable to accept returns for any other reasons, including buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
Please make sure the returned items are in the same condition you got them in – unworn and unused. Don't forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase!

If we give your return the green light, we'll zip over a return shipping label and tell you exactly how and where to send your package. Heads up – we can't accept items sent back without a heads-up first.

A Few Things We Can't Take Back
We can’t accept returns for custom products made especially for you. Also, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
At this time, we are unable to accept exchanges for our products. We apologise for this inconvenience.
Hello, EU!
If shipping to the European Union, you've got a 14-day cooling-off period where you can cancel or return your order for any reason, no explanation needed. Just like our general policy, the item needs to be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with your proof of purchase.
Important Note for EU Consumers:
Just a little heads-up based on EU rules (Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU), we might not be able to accept returns for:
- Items made specifically to your requests or that are clearly personalized.
- Sealed items that have been opened after delivery if they can't be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
So, just so you know, Printful (our printing partner) reserves the right to refuse returns in these situations.
This policy is written in English, and no matter what language it gets translated into, the English version is the one that matters!
Getting Your Refund
Once we've received your return and given it a peek, we'll let you know if it's been approved. If it has, we'll zoom your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it might take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to process it on their end.
If it's been more than 15 business days since we gave your refund the okay and you haven't seen it, please give us a shout at meowsupport@midnightzoomies.shop. We'll get to the bottom of it!
